Overcoming Extraordinary Adversity with Jen McDonough

Posted on Posted in Podcast

personal branding, live your dreams, the iron jen, marketing, branding, connection brandingYou CAN live an extraordinary life. You really can.

And Jen will tell you how.

She is an all around awesome person with a contagious attitude for being awesome. In a nutshell, she helps people overcome adversity to live extraordinary lives…and she’s dealt with her fair share of adversity.

Listen to Jen talk about how she went from a couch potato to Iron Man Tri-athlete over the course of just a few years. But that was just the beginning. She and her family have also paid off over $150,000 in debt and cashflowed more than $30,000 in medical bills over the past couple of years!

That’s insane.

This podcast episode is more about life than anything I’ve done so far. It touches me deeply though because of my past medical issues and struggle with overcoming debt. And, it’s an awesome testimony of how much we can accomplish if we’ll leave the hard parts to God and trust him every step of the way.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • How Jen became an Iron Man
  • How she does this with 4 kids and a husband
  • How freeing getting out of debt really is
  • Why coaching is such an important part of her life
  • Why you need to get involved with awesome people

And much more of course! This interview was so natural and awesome and I’m very pleased with how it turned out. There’s so many awesome people in this world, Jen is just one of them.

I encourage you to check out her resources and what she recommends.
